These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between [Your Company Name] (“we”,”us”, “our”) and you (“client”, “you”) regarding our fountain engineering services. By submitting an inquiry and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Service Scope
We provide custom fountain engineering solutions, including project design, equipment production, shipping, on-site installation, debugging, and after-sales maintenance. The specific scope of services will be specified in the project contract signed by both parties.
Quotation and Payment
– Our quotation is valid for [30] days from the date of issue. The final price will be confirmed in the project contract.
– Payment terms: Generally, 30% advance payment, 50% payment before shipping, and 20% balance after installation and acceptance. Specific payment terms can be negotiated by both parties.
Delivery and Installation
– We will deliver the equipment in accordance with the time specified in the contract. The shipping time does not include customs clearance time, which will be assisted by us but borne by the client.
– Our team will provide on-site installation and debugging services. The client shall provide necessary on-site conditions (power, water, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Quality and Warranty
– All equipment and services provided by us comply with international standards and local regulations in the Middle East and South America (e.g., CE, IEC, INMETRO certifications).
– We provide a [1-2] year warranty period from the date of project acceptance. During thewarranty period, we will provide free maintenance and replacement of defective parts(excluding damage caused by improper use or natural disasters).
Liability Limitation
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by delays in delivery, force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, customs delays), or improper use of equipment by the client.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract if the other party fails to perform its obligations under these Terms. The terminating party shall notify the other party in writing 15 days in advance.
