Here’s what our customers often ask us about.

Our core electric appliances, water pumps, lights and control systems are equipped with internationally recognized certifications such as CE, RoHS and ISO. We can also apply for additional local certifications as required. All design and electrical construction strictly follow the electrical codes and safety standards of the host country.

We have a number of completed overseas projects in scenic spots, municipal squares, commercial complexes, hotels and manors. We can provide project photos, videos and documents for reference, and arrange visits to finished projects if needed.

We adopt targeted designs based on local climate: low-profile water jets and reinforced brackets for windy areas; anti-freeze drainage systems and heat preservation devices for cold regions; enhanced waterproof, leakage-proof and anti-rust treatment for rainy and humid areas. All outdoor equipment is fitted with high-level protection ratings.

Municipal tap water, lake water or river water (non-corrosive) is preferred. Filtration and purification systems will be equipped for turbid water sources. Standard municipal water pressure is sufficient for normal operation.

We customize equipment for various overseas voltages (110V/220V/380V etc.) and support single-phase and three-phase power supply. The whole electrical system is equipped with anti-leakage, grounding and lightning protection functions, with outdoor equipment reaching IP65 or above protection grade.

Interactive dry deck fountains adopt low-voltage power supply and anti-electric shock design. Nozzles and lights are polished to avoid scratches. They are fitted with water shortage protection and emergency stop systems, fully complying with amusement facility safety standards and ideal for parent-child activities.

Main equipment including pipes, fasteners, nozzles and water pumps adopts 304/316 stainless steel with enhanced anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment to extend service life in corrosive environments.

With regular operation and maintenance, main equipment can last 8 to 15 years. Common wearing parts include sealing components, small lights and filter cotton, which are universal and easy to replace.

We adopt intelligent programmable control systems with automatic operation, timing switch and playlist switching functions, and remote control is available. The visualized operation interface is user-friendly, and we provide full operation training for local staff.

High-end configurations support remote commissioning, fault diagnosis and program update via network. Most software and system issues can be solved remotely without on-site technicians.

On-site service lasts 7 to 30 days based on project scale. Responsibilities for international air tickets, accommodation, transportation, visa and insurance will be clearly specified in the contract.

Our overseas engineers are proficient in English. All drawings, operation manuals and nameplates are provided in English. Interpreters can be arranged for large projects.
