1. Shipping Terms
We mainly use sea freight for fountain equipment (FCL/LCL). The shipping terms (FOB/CIF/DDP) will be specified in the project contract. The shipping time is approximately [20-30] days for the Middle East (Jebel Ali Port) and [30-40] days for South America (Santos Port), excluding customs clearance time.
2. Customs Clearance
-We will provide all necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin,product certifications) to assist the client in customs clearance.
– The client shall bear the import duties, taxes, and other related fees in the destination country.We can provide guidance on local customs regulations to avoid clearance delays.
3. Shipping Tracking
We will provide the client with a shipping tracking number after the goods are shipped, so that the client can track the logistics status at any time.
4.Delays
If the shipping or customs clearance is delayed due to force majeure, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client in a timely manner and provide assistance to resolve the issue.
